Our machining capabilities

We pride ourselves on using the best machine technology available on the market. We have a shop full of Kitamuras: six different, five axis machines deliver accuracies of +/- 0.00008”. Large travel horizontal machining centers allow us to remove material quickly while holding the tight tolerances required for laser and optics chambers. Our vertical mill with a work envelope of 100”x63”x27” can machine large optics baseplates flat within 0.0005

The combination of lights-out production capabilities and night and weekend shifts allow us to meet the most demanding schedules.
